The Meaning Behind Leonis Legion
Leonis Legion isn't just a name—it’s a call to action. In my stories, as in life, there are struggles—quiet battles fought within, unseen scars left behind, and the crushing weight of emotions left unsaid. My choice of the name Leonis—a nod to the lion, a symbol of courage and strength—represents the untapped power within each of us to face these battles, both our own and others'.
But no lion stands alone. Legion represents the collective, the strength found in numbers, in community, and in shared resolve. We are never truly alone in our struggles. Together, we are stronger, capable of lifting each other up in times of need. I believe that helping others or seeking help requires immense bravery, and it is that very courage that my stories aim to ignite within every reader.
Through my writing, I aim to show that strength isn’t always about standing tall—it’s about knowing when to reach out, when to lean on others, and when to offer your hand to someone in need. The name Leonis Legion is my reminder and my message to the world: be brave enough to seek help when you need it, and be brave enough to help others when they can’t do it alone.
The first book in my series reflects the consequences of ignoring these principles—the tragic consequences of both failing to seek help and neglecting to offer it. Through the experiences of the characters, readers will witness the unraveling that occurs when pride, fear, or ignorance stops people from coming together. But it also holds a mirror up to the readers themselves, encouraging them to recognize these dynamics in their own lives, to inspire empathy, and to foster connection.
